Shipping Service

At Everywater, we are committed to delivering your orders swiftly and safely. We have partnered with Penta Express, a leading courier service in Pakistan, to ensure reliable and timely delivery of your purchases.

Shipping Locations

We offer shipping to all cities and towns within Pakistan. If you have any questions about whether we can deliver to your location, please contact our customer service team before placing your order.

Shipping Charges

• Standard Shipping: PKR 250 flat rate for orders

Delivery Time

• Standard Delivery: 5-7 business days.
• Express Delivery: 2-3 business days (available for an additional charge of PKR 400).

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the destination and any unforeseen delays on the part of Penta Express.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 24 hours of being placed. Orders received on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped, including a tracking number to monitor your shipment.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order on the Penta Express website using the provided tracking number.

International Shipping

Currently, we only offer shipping within Pakistan. We are working on expanding our services internationally in the near future.

Undelivered Packages

If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or if you are unavailable to receive the package, we will contact you to arrange a re-delivery. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

Damaged or Lost Packages

Everywater is not responsible for any damage or loss of packages once they are handed over to Penta Express. However, we will assist you in filing a claim with Penta Express for lost or damaged packages. Please contact our customer service team immediately if your package is lost or damaged.
