Warranty & Refund policy

EveryWater takes pride in the products we make and stand by the quality, materials and workmanship of our products. All EveryWater products and parts (excluding EveryWater Carbon Filters) are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 1 year.  

 

EveryWater 1-Year Limited Warranty

Your EveryWater product is warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase (“Warranty Period”) when used in compliance with the user guide. This three-year limited warranty (“Limited Warranty”) does not apply to normal wear and tear, breakage or damage from dropping, or damage from accidents, misuse (including failure to follow product documentation), lost or stolen products, neglect, disassembly, alterations, and external causes such as thermal or environmental conditions. 

 

Warranty does not cover any products that were purchased, used or refurbished. 

In instances where your warranty-eligible EveryWater product needs repair or replacement, but we no longer manufacture the product, we may offer to replace your product with one of comparable value and function.

The EveryWater Limited Warranty does not cover any products that were purchased, used or refurbished.

 

How  Do I Make A Warranty Claim for My EveryWater® Product?  

If for any reason your EveryWater product proves to be defective within the Warranty Period, please email info@EveryWater.com. Your warranty claim must include the following information: (i) model number of your EveryWater product; (ii) description and at least two photos of the defect; (iii) your full address and contact information; and (iv) your purchase receipt or other proof of the date purchased.  

 

Your Sole and Exclusive Remedy Under Your  EveryWater Warranty 

If a defect arises and you return your EveryWater product during the Warranty Period, EveryWater (“EveryWater”) will, in its sole discretion, either replace the defective part with a new one that is functionally at least equivalent to yours, or refund all or part of the amount you paid for the product, exclusive of shipping. Warranty-eligible products purchased through other channels will only be considered for product or component replacement. If we replace your EveryWater product, the replaced product will continue to be warranted for the remaining time of the original Warranty Period. All returned parts for which you have received a refund or replacement will become the property of EveryWater, and EveryWater reserves the right to request that you mail the product to back to us at no cost to you. The EveryWater Limited Warranty does not cover any additional property other than the EveryWater product.

No representative of EveryWater and its affiliates or any third party is authorized to make any modification, extension or addition to this Limited Warranty. If any term of this Limited Warranty is held to be illegal or unenforceable, the remaining terms of this Limited Warranty will remain in full force and effect. 


YOU EXPRESSLY UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, EveryWater AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE TO YOU UNDER ANY THEORY OF LIABILITY—WHETHER CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE) OR OTHERWISE—FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES THAT MAY BE INCURRED BY YOU IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR EveryWater PRODUCT OR THESE TERMS, WHETHER OR NOT EveryWater OR ITS REPRESENTATIVES HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF OR SHOULD HAVE BEEN AWARE OF THE POSSIBILITY OF ANY SUCH LOSSES ARISING. YOU EXPRESSLY UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY IN CONNECTION WITH EveryWater PRODUCT OR THIS LIMITED WARRANTY WILL NOT EXCEED THE PURCHASE PRICE THAT YOU ACTUALLY PAID.

RETURNS

At EveryWater, we are fully committed to providing you with water filtration products you can trust but are also super happy with! We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 15 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Note: Original shipping charges and duty fees are non-refundable (if any). If a returned shipment was determined undeliverable by a carrier (e.g., the address provided was incorrect or the courier did not have access to the delivery address), the customer shall be responsible for the re-shipping costs of the returned product.
